Yepp, IRC ... had to pay it some tribute here, after all it's a great place to practice my german and french and meet interesting (and not so interesting) people. I've made many good friends there which I see IRL now. It's also a good source of information, specially when you first start out on the Net. I've learned many interesting things from people there and along the way had a great time.
